Great tut, the only thing that doesnt work for me is that Alt + Right cursor thingy, does that only work in Photoshop CS2 ? cuz i got 7.0...

I cannot pass point 3 ... any help ?
it always create copy of a layer 1px to the right but it's never like in 3) (where second letter is bigger than first)

~I Resized the first layer a bit down. :) Try it, i think this is what you mean. :)

a great tutorial using the styes on photoshop hehe but is more apreciated make a 3d model with layers without effects like that shadow but any way great work :)
